The gocompensate brand is established to bring claims back to the regional specialist law firms negating the large premiums paid to national claims farmers.

In 2011 Oates Consult launched the 'Client Legal' brand enabling them to build a network of specialist panel solicitors throughout the UK providing niche legal services on behalf of commercial and high wealth individual clients.

gocompensate.com is now the personal injury and medical negligence provision of that service as well as developing as a brand in its own right.
